Top Three quick sites. Some days our acquisitions team members will have more than 100 properties to review, and in a few cases it has been as much as 1000. When we need a quick idea of value, we will look at the property on Realtor, Zillow, and Redfin and put their opinion in a column in the spreadsheet. We then have a fourth column that averages the values. Use the “averageif” function in Excel or Sheets so it will ignore columns with no value. Occasionally one of the sites won’t have a value at all.
