HOW DO I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?

We would love to have you upgrade your subscription to a Coaching or Annual membership. At the bottom right of this page (and every page when you are logged in) there is a link to your account. Click on it, then click subscriptions and you can manage your account from there. 

HOW DO I JOIN THE BUYERS CLUB?

HOW DO I BECOME A PLATINUM MEMBER?

This exclusive membership is part of the Apprenticeship program and is available only after an application and phone call. We do our best to make sure this is a good fit before accepting your money. For more information and to schedule that call, click here.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

You can cancel your account at any time by going to your account page and selecting the Subscriptions tab. Here you will see an option to “Cancel” next to your current subscription. 

Click the Cancel link, select the reason you wish to cancel and then confirm your cancellation and you’re all done. You’ll receive an email confirmation that cancellation was successful. Please note: Once you select a reason, you will need to confirm the cancellation on the next page. If you don’t do this, your cancellation will not be processed.

Once you cancel your account you will retain access to the FAN until your current subscription period ends. You can of course rejoin anytime in the future!

Please cancel your account at least 24 hours before your next payment is due to ensure there is enough time for the system to process the cancellation.

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS FOR A CONSULTATION CALL?

Go to your account page or your dashboard and start scrolling through the list of achievements and badges. You’ll see “Consultation Call” in the list with the button to acquire for 500 points. If you don’t have 500 points but desperately need a one-on-one call, you can click the link in the footer to use the pay option. 

I'M RECEIVING AN ERROR MESSAGE

Please go to your account page, select the Subscriptions tab and make sure your membership is showing as “active”. 

If your subscription is current, then please try logging out of your account, clear your browser cache and then logging back in again.

MY PAYMENT HAS FAILED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

These things happen! Don’t worry though, your account will not be cancelled until your payment fails 4 times.

If you pay by credit card and you know that your card details have changed then you can go to your account page select the Subscriptions tab and you should see a link to ‘Update Billing Details’. Once you change your card details your payment will be processed immediately.

If you pay by PayPal please ensure that there are adequate funds in your account so that payment will go through when payment is tried again. Unfortunately there is no way to change when PayPal will attempt to take payments, or to push the payment through earlier.

Payment will automatically be tried again by our payment processors 4-5 days after a failed payment, but you will be downgraded to the FREE membership until payment is successful. We will try to collect payment 4 times after which your account will be automatically cancelled.

If your subscription is cancelled due to failed payments, you will need to sign up with a new subscription if you would like to regain access to the Training or Coaching levels.

DO YOU OFFER ONE TO ONE COACHING?

Yes. We call it the Apprenticeship and it includes the lifetime Platinum membership. 

We embark on a year of monthly one hour phone calls working from a personalized plan, but also utilizing the great content in the FAN Library. 

Members can redeem points earned in the FAN for discounts on the Apprenticeship. If interested, you must apply and participate in a telephone interview. We want to do all we can to ensure a good fit. Click here for more information and to schedule that call.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE PICTURES ON MY PROFILE?

When you are in the Forum, click on the “My Profile” menu item. Then click “Account”. (This is your forum account, not your subscription account.)

For the Cover photo, look to the right hand side and see the image – it looks like a gray mountain in a rectangle. Click that and upload your picture. 

Below that you will see two green icons, the bell for muting or unmuting email notifications when you are mentioned in a discussion.

You probably can see your profile below. If not, click the person silhouette to edit your profile. 

Look at the Avatar section. You can use a Gravatar image if you are familiar with that, or you can upload a picture.
