When paying cash for a property, your offer needs to be low if you want to make any money. It will be too low for most sellers. When you master the skills from this course you’ll be able to present the seller with 2 or 3 options. This increases your chances of getting your offer accepted.

There will be another checklist of “to-do’s” as you prepare for your closing. But before you get to that, you will have to understand and deal with some issues beyond your control. Home inspections and appraisals routinely kill deals. And sometimes lenders disapprove the buyer. Although you can’t control these processes, you can be prepared to avoid some and negotiate through others.
