This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting you, Flipping America and our collective customers. Please read through it thoroughly, and if you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to contact us.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Flipping America Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Flipping America” refers to Flipping America, LLC., with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Flipping America Affiliate Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and that agree to the terms and conditions.
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate. Commission earned can be viewed by logging in to the Referral Affiliate Center.
If the product sold is on a one-time payment commission, then the Affiliate will receive a commission for each individual order.
If the product sold is a recurring sale (such as a membership), and said product is eligible for commission, then the Affiliate will continue to accumulate commissions for each paid transaction by the customer for as long as is designated by the commission program governing said Affiliate.
The Coaching programs will almost always include a conversation with a Flipping America team member who will close the sale. In that event, the referral commission is split between the Affiliate who brought the lead and sales person who closed the sale.
Only commissions older than 30 days and in excess of $50 are eligible for distribution. At a minimum, Affiliate payments will be distributed on February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, and November 1st and payments will not include any commission generated in the month preceding the distribution
Payments will be distributed via check or via PayPal based on Affiliate’s preference.
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s current balance.
Affiliates are permitted to use the Flipping America brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliate Resource Center. Logos and other assets may not be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Flipping America and will never advertise Flipping America products, courses, or events as their own. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Flipping America.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Flipping America or their relationship with Flipping America in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Flipping America.
Our program uses cookies to track Affiliate referrals. Their presence is the only way for our system to know who referred the customer. If the customer clears or deletes the cookies and purchases a product through a link other than the one provided by the Affiliate, that purchase will not be track and no commission will be paid.
Cookies automatically expire after 90 days.
In the event a customer receives an affiliate link from multiple sources, the referral commission will be paid to the Affiliate whose link was the first to be clicked.
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Flipping America will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If Flipping America chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the Affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than $25 will be forfeited.
If the Affiliate is earning recurring commission, Flipping America will not be obligated for any future payments after termination.
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Georgia. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
